This hotel is really good as price. The internet should be as free price.
My room was very quiet, location perfect, adn price excellent. The Churchill is a much better deal than virtually all the nearby hotels.
Very convenient location and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the hotel has the old world charm. Highly recommended.
indian girl at the desk front is bad
Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and big. Possible to walk to mean attractions (15 min).
Noisy room e bad staff
Bed is extraordinarily comfortable, almost all tv channels are accessible, quite, receptionists are friendly
No free wifi, no slippers, no toothbrush, about 5-8min walk from metro station
The rooms are really beautiful, spacious and very comfortable
Slow, careless and unkind staff . I had told 3 times I wanted to pay in cash but at the check out they told me that they had already taken the money from my credit card. In the room, small windows and dirty bathroom: I have found 2 cockroaches!!!
No free wi-fi
the fire alarm went off at 1am the first night & it was confusing as to where we needed to go. One of the exterior fire exits had no stairs to go down. there was no one to direct us where to stand outside.
I liked the neighborhood, funky, older, not so slick and super-citified. The breakfast was very good and it was included although I had to prove that with my internet receipt to the front desk. Bed was great, and amazingly the rooms were very quiet!
Long ways from downtown, forgot our wake-up call and we almost missed our flight...room smelled like mildew and air conditioning was only sort of adequate. A guy got stabbed outside the hotel on Sat morning, ran, bled all over the sidewalk - no such thing as a concierge...the young people at the front desk were uninformed and had never heard of most of the places we asked them about. Individuals esp in the dining room were very capable and pleasant...but over all pretty marginal.
The room was very confortable and silent.
Attention to detail, location, value.
Lacking safe box in rooms, water.
The location to various activities in D.C.
This was a great location. The hotel has a European flavor.
The hotel is older and though more than adequate, it is not worth the fee charged.
